For the best possible absorption, we recommend taking 2 capsules of Algae Omega 3 per day and 1-2 capsules of Irish Sea Moss per day, after your morning and evening meal. And 1-2 capsules of Marine Magnesium per day, with food—but taking them all together is the easiest way to build the habit.
Make sure to store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
