For best results, take your supplements daily as part of your morning or evening routine.
- Omega-3: Take 2 softgels per day with food.
- Collagen: Mix 1 scoop into water, juice, or a smoothie once daily.
- Vitamin D3: Take 2 softgels per day with food — ideally alongside Omega-3.
- Marine Magnesium: Take 1–2 capsules per day with food. If you’re new to magnesium, start with 1 capsule to build tolerance before increasing to 2.
- Sea Moss: Take 1–2 capsules per day with food.
(Just avoid mixing your collagen with coffee - caffeine can reduce nutrient absorption. Leave at least 30 minutes between your supplements and your morning brew)
