The Skin Repair Pack contains a one-month supply of Collagen and Vitamin D3.
- Collagen: Take one scoop daily with 500 ml of water, juice, or your favourite drink. Natural (unflavoured) collagen works best in smoothies or flavoured drinks. Mango-flavoured collagen can be added directly to water for a fresh, zingy taste.
- Vitamin D3: Take 2 softgels daily with food, ideally earlier in the day.
Tips for best results:
- Keep use consistent for the clearest benefits.
