- Collagen: Take one scoop daily with 500 ml of water, juice or your favourite drink. Natural (unflavoured) collagen works well in smoothies or flavoured drinks, while Mango can be mixed directly with water.
- Omega-3 Complete: Take 2 softgels daily with food.
Tips for best results:
- Take both supplements consistently as part of your daily routine.
- If you prefer not to take collagen with coffee, simply enjoy it separately in water, juice or a smoothie.
