- Collagen: Take one scoop daily with 500 ml of water, juice, or your favourite drink. Natural (unflavoured) collagen works best in smoothies or flavoured drinks. Mango-flavoured collagen can be added directly to water.
- Omega-3: Take 2 softgels daily with food, ideally earlier in the day.
Tips for best results:
- Use consistently to support joint and connective tissue health.
- Avoid mixing collagen with coffee; leave at least 30 minutes between coffee and your supplement to support optimal absorption.
